Research Abstract

Our research focuses on understanding the molecular pathogenesis of B cell lymphomas, particularly the diffuse large B cell lymphoma, via complementary studies using human materials and genetic mouse models; further characterizing a newly discovered immune surveillance mechanism on Epstein-Barr virus infection and the associated B cell malignancies. We wish to leverage our knowledge gained from such studies to develop new targeted and immune-mediated therapies.
