Research Abstract

My research focuses on the impact of regulatory and business systems on the healthcare delivery. My research focuses on three related areas. First, the HSPH Center for Health, Wellness, and Wellbeing is studying the impact of hospital policies and other organizational attributes on the health and wellness of nursing employees in the Partners HealthCare System. Second, the MGH is studying hospital employee exposures to chemotherapeutic agents. Third, the Workers Compensation Research Institute is evaluating the impact of workers compensation systems on health care delivery.
