Research Abstract

My primary research efforts involve translating new and evolving cellular therapy products into patients while also gaining a better understanding of the immunologic mechanisms of efficacy, toxicity and resistance. My previous work has included translational aspects of cellular therapy biology and signaling while at the University of Pennsylvania and development of next generation CAR-T cell constructs and their execution into first in human studies.
