Research Abstract

We use image analysis and machine learning to study pediatric brain normal and abnormal development, including injury and tumor, in children and adult survivors. We develop MRI analysis and machine learning algorithms for tumor detection, tumor characterization, outcome prediction, treatment effect quantification in patients and long-term neurocognitive functions in survivors.
