Research Abstract

The Vallurupalli Lab is interested in decoding and rewiring the cell surface for immune therapy. The lab studies how protein and glycan interactions modulate immunity and promote immune evasion in cancer with a particular focus on myeloid biology. The lab leverages functional genomics, proteomics to dissect tumor::immune interactions with the long term goal of building better cell and immune therapies.
